I was in the middle of a project getting a sump pump installed in our basement. In the back room the wall plugs stopped working because of an equipment overload. When I could not correct the fuse issue I called Bill. We've known Bill Tang and KNT since he rewired our whole 1890 house 2 years ago (doing an amazing, non-destructive job). Bill came by in the afternoon and personally dealt with the issue for me. He is always, helpful, upbeat, respectful of homeowners concerns, and dependable. The kind of vendor you stick with and recommend to other people.
