I had the motor in my furnace stop working twice in 2 years and Scott from CSR was AWESOME. He provided some of the best customer service ever. When I had problems with my warranty (it had expired 30 days earlier) he called the manufacturer and spent almost an hour on the phone with them on my behalf!
