We purchased a house with Ridley windows, a few inside glass panes shattered for no apparent reason. The woman in service's first response was we don't honor the warranty after a house is sold. Send me an email with your problem and I'll get back to you. I assume after service is not part of the quality product that they sell. Certainly turned me off their product.
