We went with Northwood because we thought they would be hassle-free, as endorsed by Mike Holmes. FORGET IT. We purposely paid a premium to avoid any hassles and just get the job done. We paid $10,000 for a new furnace and electric water heater. Installation was fine but they forgot to return our water heater, resulting in us being billed for the past six months by Direct Energy thinking that we were still renting the heater. After dozens of calls to Northwood trying to get them to return the water heater they finally did so but still haven't refunded us the money that we lost due to THEIR ERROR. What's worse is that the management won't even return my calls. The receptionist I keep speaking to is very friendly but POOR MANAGEMENT results in a very upset customer. They still owe us two furnace filters and have yet to return to paint our gasline that was supposed to be completed six months ago. Now it's rusting.1 of 1 people found this review helpful.
