We recently purchased a home with a Clarke Basement System. Being first time home owners, I was a bit apprehensive when I discovered that one of our Super Sumps might not be working. I called Clarke and spoke with Fiona who put me at ease immediately. She is very knowledgeable and was able to find our records and tell me exactly what system we have installed in our basement. She scheduled an appointment for maintenance with a possible repair or replacement of the pump. As promised Fiona and Fitz arrived, and even went above and beyond by coming after work, so that we wouldn’t have to wait longer for the appointment, as they were short staffed that day. I felt very comfortable having them in my home – Fitz and Fiona were very professional, explained the system to us and were able to fix our pump with just a yearly maintenance.
