An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Paul and Greg did great work cleaning up at my home. They took the time to do a thorough job on the furnace and duct work, and put in a lot of extra effort unblocking a central vac hook up on the first floor. In fact, Greg took apart the pipes to pull out a lot of construction debris. It now works like new again. I was given a great tip on the fire hazards linked with plastic exhaust flexi-hose on the dryer as well, which of course they replaced. These gentlemen definitely worked over and above in attaining customer satisfaction. They were friendly, couteous and punctual. You can't get any better than this. Thank you so much Paul and Greg!!
