There was a howling noise coming from one of my toilets. My dad had suggested turning on all the faucets in the house with the hope that it was just an air bubble in the system. This did not work; the noise persisted. I went into the toilet and noticed that when I touched the top of the ball and chain valve that the noise would stop. So I figured that if I adjusted the ball downward that maybe that would fix the problem. Well...the entire assembly broke off in my hand. I had to shut the water off in the house. To make a long story short, Brian at Express Rooter plumbing was fantastic. He replaced the valve and tossed in a new water supply line for the toilet. Thanks Brian...standby for more valves... I have 3 other toilets that are just as old as that 4th one you fixed.0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
