- This builder really builds a great project,when you look at other builders ask them how many steel and concrete builds have they built.when they tell you they build with sustainability in mind get them to show you.What do other builders do to save you money with home ownership and finally what do they do so your condo fee`s do not go up in cost because they build in wood also use vinyl siding and asphalt shingle. This builder has bee around for 30+ years and truly builds a steel and concrete no combustible building.
