We've hired Jasen twice for various repairs. The first time we asked him to repair a sunken door jam. He did this, and suggested and installed weather protection. We were also about to embark on exterior house painting, and he replaced rotting window sills. Fast forward a few months later, when our painters finally arrived, and found more rotting wood in other places. Jasen managed to accommodate us into his busy schedule to replace the rot so the painters could continue and compete the job on time.
