Customer Event: Connecting with Clients Online

Join the HomeStars Team and 6 panelists (we've added their pics below) for some fun and learning at our “Connecting with Clients Online” company event at the main stages of the Toronto Fall Home Show on Thursday Sept 30. Register and get a free pass to the Home Show and our event.

When: 7pm – 8pm Thursday September 30, 2010 (note: Home Improvement Companies only and limit 2 per company).

Panelists include:

Andrew Goodman: President of Page Zero Media, a leading agency in paid search and digital media campaigns. Andrew is the author of the bestselling book Winning Results with Google AdWords (McGraw-Hill) and is a panelist and speaker across many North American SES conferences.

Mag Ruffman: Owner of Ruffman Entertainment, a video production firm. Mag has built her career as a successful actress, writer, producer and presenter on TV, and at various home improvement industry events. Her projects have a quirky-egghead quality and she is always finding fresh ways to teach and bring useful information to beginner DIY audiences.

Tom Whitaker and Chris Healy: Co-founders of Tiny Briefcase, which aims to help small business owners better use technology (including mobile) to improve their operations and simplify their lives. Tom and Chris have spent much of their careers in the telecommunications industry at companies like Apple, Rogers, Bell and Student Phones in various business development roles.

Allen Davidov: Director, Marketing & Communications, Habitat for Humanity Toronto. Allen is a tech-junkie and has led a host of online and traditional marketing campaigns to build awareness for Habitat and their successful ReStores.

Darren Perry: Owner of North Shore Eavestroughing. Darren began North Shore 17 yrs ago in P.E.I., and expanded the business westward into Ontario. Darren is ahead of the curve using many social media tools to connect with his current and future clients.

Jeff Schnurr: Owner of Toronto Home Theater, a leading contracting company he built for installing theater systems. When not busy running wires, Jeff also runs a InView Marketing, an online agency helping small businesses increase their visibility across the web.
