Hamilton Waterfest Dragonboat Race Festival

Dragon boating began in China more than 2000 years ago, originating from superstitious beliefs that the boat racing would ensure prosperous and bountiful crops.

This year come see this spectacular sport at the Harbour front in Hamilton! Watch participants get their adrenaline pumping and become fiercely competitive. There will be tons of exhibitors, Rythem & Bones Band, a Beer Garden and more!!
