I found Igor on Homestars and I'm so glad I did. His price is competitive and he has a real commitment to customer service. I had issues with several outlets and some DIY wiring done in the past by a previous homeowner and Igor corrected all the problems quickly and efficiently. I now have better peace of mind and Igor was worth every penny. I would not hesitate to recommend him for any electrical work.

We moved most of our boxes to our new home ourselves and just wanted a moving company to move the furniture and bulky items. Some quotes we obtained were outrageous - El Cheapo was by far the most reasonable. As another reviewer stated, they are not white glove (my furniture and flooring sustained a few scratches), but they seem like honest guys who get the job done quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend them.

Just bought our first home and one of the first things we did was call George (whose number we found here on Homestars) to come out and change the lock on the front door. George was very patient in explaining the different grades of locks we had to choose from and went a step beyond what was required of him in order to reinforce the plate in the frame of the door. Overall we are very satisfied with the professionalism of Eagle Doors. Thanks George!

I just bought my first home and of course before closing the deal I had to do a home inspection to make sure I wasn't buying a lemon. Dan from Amerispec in Durham region was great - arrived on time, got straight to work checking out the house attic to basement looking for evidence of anything of concern and explaining to me every step of the way what he was looking for and why. He took the time to explain key home maintenance tasks to keep in mind and what to do if I ran into problems, which I greatly appreciated being a first time owner. He took plenty of photos and the report was completed and printed right there in the house - packaged in a big binder filled with great home owner tips - all in just under 2 hrs. In the end I was left with a secure feeling that my new house had been thoroughly inspected and I'm confident going into my purchase.
