A review for Lumina Windows & Doors

The project involved knocking out the back wall of my kitchen porch, removing an old door and window, installing new framing and installing a new custom size sliding patio door. I had a number of folks come look at the project and most overcomplicated the job. What I appreciate about Alex is that he brought the installer to assess the job and make sure that there would be no surprises down the line. The door was a custom door, both in terms of height and width and although i expected to wait 6-8 weeks for the manufacture; it was ready after only two weeks, thanks to Alex' good relationship with the manufacturers. The job was completed within just two days and the result far exceeded my expectations. As you can see from the before and after pictures, I now have an amazing space and I have Alex and Stan to thank for that. From my very first contact with him, Alex was upfront, honest, wanted my business and delivered on his promises, and I will definitely work with him again in the future. Thank you Alex and Stan.

A review for Stumpo Contracting

We got Gino to rip out our old dingy basement washroom and build us our dream bathroom. This was our first major reno and having seen too many bathroom reno disasters on HGTV, we were nervous about entrusting this project to just anyone. So we read some reviews on Homestarts and decided on Gino. The project involved moving a wall, ripping out the existing concrete floor, moving the toilet and installing new drains, installing new plumbing for the thermostatic shower, vanity faucets, installing underfloor heating, tiling the floor, shower and walls, and installing various light fixtires and other fixtures. We had very limited space available and Gino was very helpful with advice on how we were going to make this project work. Him and Leo were just exceptional in the detail that was required, they completed the project within the time frame, under budget and delivered the highest quality and workmanship. My bathroom is the envy of all my friends and neighbors and I'd like to share a few pictures with you. I would recommend Gino to anyone, and plan to call on him for a number of other projects in the future.

A review for Climate Change Mechanical

CCM moved and installed a new furnace, reconnected the AC and moved the cold air return, which allowed me to renovate my basement bathroom in the way I had planned. It was a job that not many contractors wanted; but they guys did it quickly, properly, cleanly and cheaper than almost anyone. I would recommend them to anyone.
