A review for Elegant Railing & Stairs

We hired these brothers to build our stairs for our new house. This is the first house we build, we don't have experience with stairs, therefore don't know if the stairs were not installed properly until the inspector failed us (due to not installing the stairs safely, some screws needed to secure the stairs). We contacted the stairs brother to come and fix the problem, they agreed to come but never show up, we had to ask someone else to fix it. I will never deal with these people again, and will not recommend them to anyone. My recommendation to anyone is never pay anyone(trade)in full until you pass the inspection. This is the biggest lesson we learned.
