We have used this firm several times. We also had a poor situation with this company. Several cancellations and prices that were over the number hours actually cleaned. Cleaning ladies are very good.

We had our floors all redone by Melrose Floors. The job was pretty well done by Mark Fraser's Fraserwood . Their workers were EXCELLENT! Unfortunately the laminate had one defective , broken plank. Torlys and Melrose told me they would replace the plank. The laminate has a great , long warranty and its only a few months after installation so fixing it shouldn't be an issue. But they havent done anything to replace the faulty piece. 10 phone calls and visits later and NOTHING! It's only one plank, not tough to re-do! A warranty is only as good as the people who represent the company. In this case the great warranty appears to be useless. Lovely floors, NO back up. I wouldn't recommend Melrose Floors on Weston Road. ADDENDUM TORLYS took care of the problem, Highly recommend TORLYS LAMINATES!!

A review for Kinetico Canada Incorporated

My system was installed in May 2008 and this (Dec.08)week I am onto my 3rd set of filters at $130 a pair. The folks at Aquareal who provide service are nice but no one I know with other systems has such high costs. Addendum Aquareal fixed the defective part( membrane) and couldnt have been nicer. Hopefully, the Kinectico system will work from now on. The first few months I guess it wasn't operating properly but we didnt realize it was underperforming.

Gorgeous selection, very high prices, service is great sometimes and other times just "so so".They replaced a broken tap for me-- no question-- but the costs of having a plumber remove it and later reinstall it made it a huge expense.
