I have seen at least 3 jobs that this guy has screwed up. He messed up my brother basement, my brothers rental property and a friends basement. This guy is a wolf in sheeps clothing and I certainly would not recommend his services to anyone

These guys came to do the estimate in a timely fashion. The work was completed on time and the job was well done. I am seriously considering calling Ideal again for the big weeping tile job I have to get done. Definitely would recommend these dudes and they are really handsome too!

We were in the market for a fireplace and I was told about this great store. I went to the store not really knowing what I was looking for and I left with one beautiful fireplace ordered. Installation took place the following week and was accomplished without a hitch. These guys are true professionals and took the time to explain the maintenance procedures to me as I am a first time fireplace owner.

Basement was flooded and what a mess I had. I went to Kala's due to the fact that I had previous business with them and they were most helpful. They fixed me up with a good wet/dry vac and gave some good advice on how to get rid of the musty smell. Sure glad I went to the best place the first time.

I was very impressed with both the product selection and the great customer service. I was a little confused when walking into the store with so many items to choose from. A salesperson was quick to assist me and guided with my selections. The pricing was within my budget and the items were ready for pick up that day. Would definitely use and recommend this company

I find that some of the employees in this store make me feel kind of stupid when I go in this store. Not to make this a gender issue but as a female I go into this store sometimes to seek advice before hopefully purchasing a product. I have sometimes received good advice here but occasionally received advice that even I as an entry level remodeller know is incorrect.

I am a single female and I find I don't get a lot of assistance in this store. It would be uncommon for an employee to offer to help you if you were wandering around the store having indecisive moments. I really don't shop here much as I have not received good service in the past.

I received good service from this company for many years. I unfortunately had to cancel due to financial reasons but I would definitely consider them for my future protection needs. They were also innovative in the fact that they offered me an addition to the equipent at nn charge to test.

I have used these fellows a couple times for plumbing needs and was most satisfied with their products and services. I had a bathroom sink install done as well as work to my outside and inside sewer pipes. In the near future I will be contacting them once again to get this basement dry the way it should be.
