We called Jay Charendoff of HOUSE CALLS Renovation/Advisors to suggest how we ought to deal with the problem. Jay visited with us looked at all the problem locations, then studied our architectural drawings to determine the structure behind the bricks. He identified the cause of the problem (water seeping into the bricks that were uncapped). He provided a referral to Reach Restoration (Jim), and discussed the problem with the company on our behalf. Jim and his team were courteous, reliable and professional. The work was performed cleanly and on time. We would recommend them to others without hesitation.

Matthew was a big talker with lots of promises but didn't deliver. We had his workmen come back, a month or two after the job was completed, asking for money. We had paid the company in full, but Matthew had never paid the workers, so they came to us asking for money. Four years after the work was done, our driveway has been sinking.
