Lowell is both a carpenter and general contractor with an eye for creativity and perfectionism. His attention to detail far exceeded expectations as did his cleanliness both during and after the project! Super happy and would/will use him again and obviously am suggesting him to others!

- We have a separate entrance basement apartment that we wish to re-integrate into the home to accommodate a growing family. There appear to be two options we would like quotes on to do after Feb 1 and before summer. Option 1: This is opening up where the steps would have originally been under the existing steps. As you know it could conceivably be the easiest option but for complications with where ductwork and/or enough space to build steps to code without intruding into the basement bathroom. Option 2: This would be building on the back where the exterior steps currently are to have interior steps and some additional living space. Could be small or could include an addition right across the back for breakfast area etc.
