I saw Mark's company on Homestars.com, called him and had him come for a quote. He was competitively priced, but what made me select him was his honest approach, sound advice and clear setting of expectations. The carpet looks great, his guys tidied up afterwards and left no mess at all. Mark delivered, on time, for the quoted amount, and most importantly, he followed up, not once, but twice, to ensure I was happy with the installation. I am very pleased I chose Mark and Victorious Carpet. Thank you.

Move the AC Compressor

We decided to move the AC Compressor from one location to another further down the side of the house. I wanted the piping to run inside the house, through the garage, then through the outside wall to the new location. I came home after work and it was done, better than I expected - the house was cool, the workmanship showed obvious pride, and, small but important - they actually cleaned up after themselves. Totally awesome job guys, I strongly recommend Richard and Coretemp.

On-demand hotwater system

I'd looked at the on-demand systems but never felt comfortable spending 3000 for a relatively new technology (in Canada) - Richard from Coretemp took the time to explain the systems and the real and perceived benefits. The job took 1/2 a day to complete, the system has been totally transparent to my family and I've already noticed the benefit of not having to take a cold shower in the morning. The job was done really well. Thanks Richard, your clear explanations of the pros/cons was much appreciated.

Furnace replacement

Furnace failed, Richard came out, explained and showed me what was wrong (heat exchanger had visible holes in it). Coretemp replaced the furnace next day - the quote was very competitive, a few calls to other companies confirmed this. When I went down to look at the furnace, the room was tidy, no garbage on the floor, no piles of debris, it was spotless - a good extra indicator of the care he takes to make sure the customer experience is top notch. Best thing is how Richard explains the problem, shows the solution, and then takes the time to ensure I understand the why and how of both the problem and the solution. Richard has shown himself to be an honest and trustworthy person.
