A review for Humber Nurseries Ltd.

It was recommended that I purchase Hanson patio tiles through Humber Nurseries. The purchase was made and not only did they place the delivery in the wrong location on my lawn but the product was nothing like I had chosen at Humber Nurseries based on their display tiles. Between Humber Nurseries and Hanson I have never had such horrid customer service!! 4 days of dealings with the rude staff at Humber Nurseries - namely Ann, who twists customer's words to her advantage - and the poor service at Hanson the tiles were finally picked up from my property. At the end of it all they charged me of over $200 to return a product that I was not happy with at all. I have been a customer of Humber Nurseries for over 20 years. I have spent thousands of dollars in landscaping over the years. I will NEVER step foot in the place again and will make a point of telling everyone I know not to do the same. I will never spend a penny on a Hanson product either. Both of these corporations should be ashamed of the disgusting customer service they supposedly offer. BUYER BEWARE!!!
