I called the business owner and explained we had a Thanksgiving party this weekend and needed the carpets cleaned right away. He squeezed me in on Wednesday, and by the time I got home the carpets looked new again, and the smell from the dog pee was gone. This is the fourth time I've hired Adel and his team, and I would not hesitate to do so again. 5 Star Service & 5 Star people. Thanks again!

A review for Mr. Tankless

At the end of April I had a Mr Tankless sales person show up to provide an estimate. Firstly, he looked and dressed like an 80's porn actor, and then he provided a contract that was from "EnSource", and not Mr Tankless. I was suspicious, but I had done my homework on the Navien product line, and their quote was in line with what I had received from other vendors. Since I was more concerned with the product than the vendor, I gave them a $500 deposit. About a month later I received a call saying that they'd be their on June 9th, but I needed cash or a certified cheque for the balance. I said no, because I intended to put the balance on credit card for the points and purchase protection. June 9th came, and no one showed. When I called their number, a lady representing the property management company, advised me that Mr Tankless had moved out of their premises without notice two weeks earlier. I was given another number, which was a mobile number whose mailbox was constantly full. I finally got through well enough to leave a message, but not call back. Since then I had read similar reviews from other Mr Tankless customers, which make me feel like a fool for not investigating them further. This company has likely gone bankrupt, they owe money to everyone, and I will likely have to chaulk this up to a $500 lesson.

Dear Adel: On Monday, March the 23rd I hired 416-So-Clean to come in and clean all the carpets in our new house. We had just moved in the week before, and we wanted a “clean” start in our new home. I’m not sure what I was expecting in such a service, but the care, consideration, and thoroughness you demonstrated exceeded any expectation I could have had. Here are just a few examples of the little “touches” that earned my family’s commitment to 416-So-Clean: • You not only immediately donned little booties when you arrived, but you provided a pair for all of us, as well. • You left us two large fans to help dry to larger broadloom areas faster • You left little sheets of plastic and pieces of Styrofoam underneath heavier pieces of furniture to better protect the rugs after they had been cleaned. • You worked constantly without a break until the work was completed. • You went over problem stain areas repeatedly until they couldn’t be seen. • The rugs look like new. What made the deal even better is this platinum service did not come with a platinum price. A review for Encore Home Improvements

It was a difficult clean-up job from another contractor, but Encore completed it in a timely, clean, and professional manner. I've hired Encore to complete several window & door jobs since then, and all have either met or exceeded my expectations.
