I hired this company to come in and install some shelves for me. I told them exactly what I wanted, and guess what? They did a fantastic job. I was so pleased and have already told my friends and family about them.

I used this company to rent a truck for moving. They were awful to deal with. The truck we had reserved was suddenly not available and we had to pick another one that was the wrong size for our needs. Also, we had booked some dollies and they were given to other customers instead. The people working here are very cold and do not seem to care about customers, and don't even try calling customer service. They give you the runaround.

I had a gentleman from this company come in yesterday to do some maintenance on my fan coil units and he was very professional. He was kind and even made sure to put covers on his shoes so that my floors wouldn't get dirty. I wish more servicemen would do that.

Asked them to clean my windows, and felt they were very unprofessional. I actually went to their "office" and found out that it was just a big garage with no heating. I feel sorry for the kids who are working there on the phones. They looked freezing.

I randomly walked into this store a few weeks ago and was immediately impressed with not only the amazing selection, but the amazing prices! Left the store with three bags full of different kitchen supplies and gifts. I treated myself to a martini set, which included four glasses, a beautiful silver tray and a cocktail shaker. I was blown away to see that it was under $20. I will definitely be going back to this place.

A review for White Shark Window Cleaning

I hired White Shark to clean my eaves this spring. I actually expected them to clean them! They left from the job, leaving me a bill of $240. A few weeks later, I noticed some leaking. I took a ladder up to check the eaves, and they were full of leaves and debris. I had also asked for cages to be installed over the downspouts. I was charged for the cages ($50), but they were nowhere in sight. I was upset, and decided to call the company. I dealt with a woman named Shanti who said that the crew was there and they cleaned the eaves out. I told her that was impossible, since I went up to look myself. I was not impressed that they doubted their own customer's word. I am going to find a more professional company to clean my eaves next spring.

A review for Tridel Corporation

My boyfriend and I were trying to find a condo in August (to move in by Sept 1 at the latest). We were very interested in one which was owned by Tridel. The management at Tridel kept us waiting too long and would not return calls or emails. They were not helpful or informative. This was our first condo, and they made things extremely stressful on us. By the time they finally said they were ready to lease the place to us, it was August 30. Sorry guys. We found another place by that time, unfortunately.
