You did not include a necessary fix to a dormer window in your estimate when you quoted a new roof . On my call back you felt justified in not including the dormer which caused a leak after you did the roof. You finally agreed to fix the dormer and put a new heater wire as you removed one when you di d the roof. Now I have a problem with the heater wire after one winter. A bill made me research the problem, and the wire is faulty. It also blew the switch. Now I have to get a new one. and fix the switch. For the roof you were ok. but if the person has a dormer in their roof, I would not hire. you.

A "wow" sale! Definition of a "wow" sale is "beyond customer's expectations. Marketing: Very good on detail & keeping the customer in the loop (communcations) Measurement: Very precise. Come and measure, then come and re-measure, then a 3rd trip to make sure ledge in window over door correct Team 3 Install: German's trim fantastic. Careful and clean-up fantastic. Workmanship of all 3 fantastic. Also, very respectful to property and person. All in all a job done very well without a hitch. Beyond my expectations as in 2010 who knows what can happen compared to years ago. I can say this as I have looked after 2 homes for 40 years.

Bob Morgan did all the right things, follow up on quote, & explained all steps. A "wow" sale is when you go 'beyond expectations" and Bob did that, even doing a follow up upon completion. The crew worked hard & fast and made sure no damage was done. I would recommend them.

Face to Face I asked for a "Total Solution", not a "patch job" to the drip at my front door. He did not provide this. The eavestrough dripped after. Service: He had to come back & changes were made. For service he did not notify you, always made sure he got there when you would not be at home. In summary, he broke every rule of being in business. I wish someone had told me this.
