Cost overruns, lack of communication, dishonest tactics at times. However, they do quality work, get things done, and are relatively on time. Their superintendents definitely need to act like they care more. Our superintendent, who was full time, was absolutely terrible, came late, left early, and didn't know what was going on half the time.

Abt Electronics in Glenview is THE PLACE to buy your appliances. They give fair reviews of all products, don't push you to more expensive models without justification (i.e. You're looking for a feature that isn't on the model you are looking at), and their sales people are friendly and sociable. They also beat ANY PRICE by at least 5%, even online prices! Definitely a great store and great experience
