Andrew and David are knowledgeable about construction, honest, transparent and always very responsive. They are a pleasure to work with. Even now, two years later, they respond immediately when I have issues with my house (not even associated with their work). I don't know what I would do without them.

I was about to start major renovations on my home and dreaded the idea of packing and storing stuff that I did not want in my "new" home. My son's room was full of toys he never played with; we had recently downsized from a larger home and a cottage, and had doubles or triples of many household items; and I had yet to go through my deceased father's boxes (turns out, he had not yet gone through his parents' and grandparents' boxes - so my house had 5 generations of stuff to go through!) When I first met with Cherri I said that it bothered me that I should have to pay her to do something I could do myself, and she said, "When we're done, you will look at the clear space and gladly have paid what you paid to get there." She was right. I found that by setting aside three hours a week to work with Cherri (who is always on time and works like a dog), I actually did the sorting that, in her absence, I always put off. I worked hard because I knew I was paying for her time! And the great value she offers is that I was not just creating a pile that I would have to load into my car and take somewhere. When she leaves, she takes the pile with her, and I never have to think about it again! I also liked that she took my items to where I wanted (for example, she took my wedding dress to The Brides's Project, a cancer charity), and many items were taken to a charity garage sale (she even reported back on how the sale went). I recommend her highly. (PS my son loved his new, clutter-free room and has been keeping it that way.)

Suhail -- a young U of T engineer -- is reliable, responsive, and works hard. He provided us with several options (at different price points) to accomplish what we wanted, and since he is not in the business of selling the components, he doesn't oversell and charges a reasonable price for his expertise and installation labour. He has a good eye and ear and cleans up after himself! I will definitely use him again.

A review for Kiya Sunrise Electrical Ltd.

Kiya spent a good hour at our house estimating the extent of the work required (more confidence-inspiring than the guy who walked around outside!). He and his friendly crew came the day he promised, did the work professionally and neatly (cleaning up after themselves) and he even came back to install a light fixture that had not yet arrived. I was very impressed and felt that I and my family were in good hands. I would recommend him without reservations.

I wanted to have an eco-friendly watering system installed, one that would use water as efficiently as possible. Mansour and his expert put together a custom system, reusing parts of an older sprinkler system and using drips and soaker hoses where possible. They really respected my request to design a system to conserve water as much as possible (as opposed to other sprinkler contractors who seemed to have no ability or desire to do anything but install dozens of sprinkler heads). When I first met with Mansour, he looked me in the eye and said he would do anything and everything to make sure I became a happy customer. I had a couple of issues after installation (and after payment, I might add) and he was there within hours to fix them; but today, January 5, he arrived within an hour of our request to help open a line so we could water our ice rink! And refused to accept payment! I wish all contractors could be like Green Again. I recommend them highly.

A review for Berkshire Furniture

I got a fair price on Shermag furniture, which was delivered earlier than expected and put together by careful delivery personnel. The headboard was damaged and it was promptly replaced. I ordered and scheduled everything on-line and the communication was excellent. I would definitely shop there again.
