A review for Mr. Tankless

Mr. Tankless came and took an order and deposit. He wanted a significant deposit, which I did not do. Any appointments to install were cancelled at the last minute. Suggested that an alternate unit be excepted, which he described as an upgrade, was indeed NOT. Refusing to reply to me in any manner and not returning my deposit, although he cannot deliver the unit under contract.
