Complete kitchen renovation

A review for WOLSTENCROFT KITCHENS LTD.

May 28, 2012

The price that I have given for the reno includes the fees of the contractor and of a designer, as well as Wolstencroft Kitchens. Dave Wolstencroft was central to all phases of the project: the four of us hammered out the design together and he was on site day after day while the work went on. Several things impressed me about the way he worked with the others and with me: (a) he listened, and would later make suggestions based on the ideas that he had picked up from us (not on his own preferences); (b) his attention to detail was awe-inspiring; and (c) if he has a temper, I never saw it--he seemed always easy-going and accommodating. The final result was beautiful and on budget, so I am am very contented customer.

Company Response:

Hello Heather, thank you for the very kind review of our work! We certainly had something special to live up to in your beautiful Cabbagetown home. I'm so glad you were pleased with the result as well as the process to get there. Working with yourself and the designer, Tim Johnson, was a colaborative pleasure which lead to a great design with all the right details. I wish you many years of enjoyment! Best regards, Dave.

A review for Hurst Class Organizing

Mar 10, 2009

We were moving from a Victorian family house in the Annex to a condo with practically no storage in Cabbagetown, and had to clear stuff accumulated over thirty years. Cherri was tactful, practical, knowledgeable, flexible, and completely reliable. She dealt by phone and email with auctioneers, furniture consigners, props specialists, and charities, saving us huge amounts of hassle and uncertainty. "Don't worry, it'll all be gone by moving day," she assured us--and it was. At the end, she supervised the final clean-up by the junk guys. We could not have done it without her.
