A review for Navida Garage Doors

Tommy at Navida Garage Doors is great, he is punctual, communicative, responsive and very knowledgeable. Beside being a super installer Tommy is also a solution provider to a challenging install job. I need to put a Car lift in my double garage (to park 3 cars inside) which will require a garage door that can provide lots of overhead clearance. I first opted for a roll-up garage door for which I thought will provide the best solution, Tommy came to my house and provided the quote for the roll-up door. I was happy with the quote and gave Tommy the go ahead to order it. A few days later, Tommy call and recommend I use an overhead garage door for which he will build a custom track to make it work (I had contacted 2 other companies previously and none of them even dare to tackle the job). He came to my house again and did lot of measurements to make sure it will work. After Tommy explained to me why the overhead door with custom track will be better than the roll-up door, I am satisfied and we changed the order to an overhead door. Installation day came and all I can say is I am very impressive with Tommy's workmanship and his desire & drive to give me every inch of overhead clearance humanly possible. Both garage doors turned out working and looking beautifully. I highly recommend Tommy at Navida Garage Doors to anyone demanding the best. His prices are also very reasonable. I had Jerry come in and check the attic insulation of my 5 years old house because it is getting unbearable hot in the summer. The temperature different between the main floor and the second floor is easily 3 degree C even with the A/C on. Jerry insulation comes in and provided an estimate, upgraded my attic insulation from R30 to R55 and my second floor is real cool in the summer now. No temperature difference with A/C on, only 1 degree C difference if A/C is off. They were on time, on budget, responsive and I get the result I wanted. I would recommend Jerry's insulation. I may have them come back and do the garage ceiling because the room above the garage is cold in the winter.

Mr. Potlight installed 8 potlights in my living room with 2 dimmers plug another 4 potlights else where in the house. They were trying their best not to leave even a single hole in the drywall, after trying to fish a wire for 40 minutes they had to open up a small hole in the drywall. Mr. Potlight told me ahead of time that they need to open up a small hole in the drywall, but what impresses me is that they try for 40 minutes before putting a hole in the drywall. Their effort is commendable. Overall, they delivered as promised, no mess, reasonable price, on-time performance. One of their guys even vacuum the area before leaving. I would recommend their to my friends.

A review for Gable Roofing

I called one other company before calling Gable, the other company wanted $150 just to come and look at my roof. Gable provided reasonable repair estimate for free and show up the next day after my call. Within 2 days, Gable got my shingles repaired and did a detail roof inspection while they are up there. Gable recommended one additional preventive repair for a small charge, I agree and they fix it at the same time. Overall, very satisfied with their price and service. Gable utilize digital photo and email, pretty hi-tech for a roofing company. I would definitely recommend them.
