From the moment we called Angelo we knew we were in good hands. He provided us very good advice related to what we needed to have done and also pointed out a couple of issues with eavesthroughs we needed to get addressed. His quote was much stronger then any other received. His team was very professional, hard working and pleasant to have around. They were very respectful of our property and out nieghbours property. This was a big concern since we have a mutual drive that our nieghbour uses daily. They had to lift up a unilock driveway which was a concern but today you would not even know that it had been moved! Our problem has been solved and we have been enjoying a dry basement on days where we would have a small lake in the basement! Thanks again Angelo, Danny and team.

Mike was great to deal with from the get go. I had called him almost a year ago about a potential problem but he gave me simple directions on the phone to a solution. Remembered this and the reason why I called on them again. Service technician showed up today on time and was very knowledgable. Took his time to explain the system to me and the challenges we were facing. He was very polite and respectful of our home and children. Notice a couple of issues that needed to be addressed and explained thoroughly to me. Called Mike to make arrangements for a follow up service call on the spot and to make sure any needed parts were available to get the job done quickly. A price for follow up work was provided on the spot while technician was on the phone with Mike. So far...very happy.

Recommended to County by Steve Brennan. Called in advance and sales person immediately gave me a recommendation on what to purchase with solid advice why. Did not try to over sell me on other models. When went in to store he showed me two options and described what I would get with both - more focused on convenience of use rather then features that may never or rarely get used. We were sold. Delivery was very easy and accommodating as they worked around our schedule and a time that would work for us to be home. Deliver individuals were friendly, respectful of home and fast (wish they took the box with them but oh well - that is an issue to take up with the City of Toronto!).

I have had a number of different painters do work at our house. Some fair - some poor. Erwyn from Bravo is well beyond all and is excellent. The pride he takes in his work is reflected in the quality of job that he does. He provided us with excellent advice on what to do and what not to do. Price was very reasonable. They say preperation work is always the key to a really good paint job - Erwyn and his assistant went well beyond what my expectations were for preperation of surfaces before even starting to paint. They were non-intrusive, professional and very clean. I have since recommended Bravo to a number of neighbours who have all been happy. Thank you Erwyn and team.

We just replaced all our windows meaning the shutters Eric provided to us in the past needed to be replaced. Without hesitation we picked up the phone and called Eric to help us. He was at our house within days at a convenient time to us providing us with thoughts and ideas and showing samples. He made himself very available to us afterwards to answer questions and came back again with more samples. Price and service can not be beat by anyone else. Without hesitation I recommend Eric and Canadian Superbilt for california shutters or Hunter Douglas products.

Excellent selection. We worked with Sherry as our sales person who provide excellent advice and service. Great experience from beginning to end. Carpet was delivered to us and the two guys took there time to measure the room and lay the carpet perfectly. We will be going back to purchase a runner for our stairs.
