The day after calling, Rasheed came over to spray my house (indoors and out). He was very diligent and attempted to get every possible corner. He explained what each chemical was and why he was using it. I haven't seen any ants since Rasheed's visit.

Chris came over and immediately identified the problem. A squirrel had found a way into the attic through the roof. Chris went up on the roof and put in a one way trap to ensure the safe removal of the animal and sprayed an odor so the squirrel would not return. It is not often in this business that you meet somebody as professional as Chris. He gave me advice on roof repairs and spent extra time with me to ensure I understood everything that he was doing. Thanks Chris!

My wife and I are extremely pleased with with the team from Elements Kitchen Designs. James, Marcos & Heymand were extremely professional and dedicated to the task at hand. Even the delivery man and the installers cared about our project. Our kitchen was not completed by another company (note: DO NOT USE HAWTHORNE KITCHENS) and Elements came in and took over. Every single piece matched and the colours were the same. In fact, their quality & workmanship was better over all. Best of all, they stuck to deadlines and kept us posted along the way. We would highly recommend using Elements from start to finish. In the past year, we've seen the worst in a kitchen design company and now we've seen the best. Thank you to the Elements team!

All dealings with the company were very professional. From the time we booked the appointment to the reminder/ confirmation the day before to the actual cleaning. Our ducts from the home we bought were VERY dirty and the team (Paul + ???) spent over 3 hours working through the house to ensure every duct and the furnace was in good working order. My only suggestion is to put drop sheets down since it took a while to clean the house after.

A review for Clarke Basement Systems

We bought a house that had some water damage in the basement. After getting a few quotes, we decided to go with Clarke's. Roy the sales rep came over and spent time explaining the job and how Clarke's had a different system then everybody else. Roy kept in contact with me via phone and email until the job was completed answering all of my many questions. The job was supposed to take 4 days but Jose and crew were done in 2. Jose's team was very impressive. They were efficient and clean. Hardly any dust or dirt could be found in the house. We were very pleased with their punctuality and commitment to a successful job. The only comment where Clarke's can improve is there were a couple of occasions were there was a discrepancy/ miscommunication in the price. I spoke to Roy about them a few times, although very customer service oriented, nothing was modified. Even after the job was completed, one wall not worked on which was indicated on the plans, was apparently marked by mistake. Overall a good experience with Clarkes. I'm sure I'll be happy during the next rain fall. Staff were all very easy to work with. I just wish prices and drawings were accurate to make the review a 10.
