A review for Future Shop

I thought about getting a TV from the Shopping Channel but the deal at Future Shop was much better. I got the wall hardware, wiring, digital box and everything for what I would have paid at the Shopping Channel. He explained the different models in language I could understand. We considered a stereo system but the salesguy didn't try to upsell us. He understood it was beyond our budget. Sold us exactly what we needed. I'm very happy with the TV.

A review for HomeSense

Homesense had some great framed photos. Really nice matting job and would have cost me ten times that amount if I'd bought some prints and had them framed. I bought two and they look fantastic with my new sofa/chair set.

I ordered a sectional couch. For the price ($3200), quality was not what I expected looking at the showroom. I had to later get a cushion substituted and although the company quickly serviced my complaint, for the money, I just feel that I could have spent my money better elsewhere.

I've done the rent-the-carpet-cleaner gig. First you have to get the machine and the whole thing takes forever. I've used Valhalla a few times and they spend an inordinate amount of time doing your carpets for what seems to me a great price. Whatever they use to clean, the carpet comes up beautifully. Employees very friendly and courteous.

I purchased a Dreamsilks silk-filled comforter. I am always cold and my boyfriend is a furnace. Both of us are comfortable under the silk comforter. It's a really light comforter. I like the tidy look of the bed.
