The windows from Pollard have been nothing but poor quality. Over half of the units have had a seal failure, and the mold in our window frame has been a constant concern. We have had to have 3 of the window cranks replaced as well.

Culligan should be Callagain and again and again... because if you need service this is what you'll be doing. Finally called [competitor name removed -- Ed] and they helped me sameday, even though I didn't buy equipment from them (already working on removing culligan to replace with their's, prices are even more reasonable...best part is they are a CANADIAN company, not US owned) Culligan has lost alot of customers due to poor service, and I'm one more.
