I am very satisfied with the service call for our gas fireplace. Imran went over and above the service call to ensure that our fireplace was cleaned throughly (box and glass) and replaced all necessary parts. He explained the necessity to have annual service done on your gas fireplace to ensure a safe and healthy environment in the home as well as for safety. We have no hesitation in calling Imran next year for the service.

Our front stairs were falling apart prematurely due to poor workmanship by another mansonry contractor. We contacted Otto and he visited our home to assess the damage. He came up with a plan to give the stairs a solid foundation (which was non-existent) and also rebuild them to match the existing brickwork. The result is a welcoming and solid set of stairs to our home which actually add curb appeal as well. Otto answers your questions and gets back to you quickly when emailed which I was very impressed with. If you need masonry work done, this is the man to call.

We had a leak from our upstairs bathroom. Drainworks plumber Jeff was early for the appointment and explained our options for repair. He had all required equipment to do the repair and finished on time. Would highly recommend.
