Finer Edge is my go-to company whenever my house needs painting. They are an excellent company with the best painters in the city. I had the pleasure of having Nick back again and he is just amazing, nothing is too much trouble for him and his work is most professional. This is the first time I've had Robert paint and his attention to detail is fantastic. He's also a wonderful person and if you are fortunate enough to have him work in your home, you are a lucky person. Ask him to sing, he has a beautiful voice !! Finer Edge is the best. From Bill one of the co-owners to Lui a project manager,and all the guys I've met from this company, you'll find a company who care and make sure you are always happy with their work. Don't go anywhere else they really are the FINEST.

I have been using Maret's cleaning services for a long time and they are the BEST. My cleaners, Mario and Elena, do an excellent job and nothing is too much for them. They are a lovely couple and it feels like I'm seeing friends every 2 weeks. Exceptional couple and company.

Aubrey is the appliance magician. My dishwasher wasn't rinsing properly and as a consequence was leaving "bits" on dishes. Aubrey recognized the problem immediately and an hour later it was fixed. This is the second time I've called with a problem and he is always courteous and cares about his customers. If appliances are giving you problems call Aubrey first you wont be disappointed.

I talked to Gord a month or so ago about installation of custom cabinetry in a relatively small bedroom. He came up with a design and after a little tweaking and consultation with Brad, work was started. Nick began the job noticing that the drywall in a corner was in rough shape due to a leaky roof. Once I had the roof repaired he came back and did an excellent job patching the drywall and painting, also some electrical work. Vince, the project manager, had his finger on the pulse the entire time and kept the project running as smoothly as possible. Then Brad and his associate Ben manufactured and installed custom cabinetry on one entire wall and installed crown moulding to match, around the rest of the room. His work is outstanding with unbelievable attention to detail. Mark came back to finish the painting and Nick returned to finish up some electrical work. You will not find a better company than this anywhere in the Toronto area. Every employee is hard working, respectful and a downright pleasure to have around. They care about their work and will not stop until everything is perfect and the customer is happy. I now have a bedroom that looks so incredibly cool with loads and loads of closet space and a beautiful, brighter feel to it. To Finer Edge and your wonderful people a huge thank you.

This company is FANTASTIC. They are friendly, give great advice and do a really good job. Their prices are reasonable and their work first class. No point in doing this kind of thing yourself when you can get such a great job from them. Highly recommend.

Called Mr Roof and talked to Michael. We had started a bedroom reno and found a crumbling wall behind a piece of modular furniture. He sent 2 guys who, on a very rainy day, discovered that we had some serious leaks on the hip of the roof above the bad wall. They also discovered our vents had been installed incorrectly, were not sealed and 3 were the wrong type of vent. They fixed the immediate problem then came back a few days later to fix the rest. This roof was installed only 5 years ago ( see my review of the shady company who botched the job ). Mr Roof acted promptly, fixed the problem in a timely manner and provided before and after pictures. Would highly recommend them.

Would not recommend this company to anyone.Moved very fast to give their estimate and it was all downhill from there. No communication about when job would start or during work, shingles just arrived on driveway. After calling them was told they'd be starting job next day (thursday) the work actually began the following monday and took almost 4 days instead of the promised 2. Clean up was terrible our eavestroughs were badly blocked causing a flood in our laundry room.Had to have chimney recalked twice after job was supposedly finished.Poor communication, average job. Avoid! I'm editing this review 5 years later. Began a bedroom renovation and to my horror when modular furniture was removed found mould on 2 external walls. They were crumbling and I could see water in there. Called another roofing company who informed me that one leak was coming from the hip on the roof where the shingles were not wrapped and had no underlayment. All hip shingles need to be replaced. An attic vent in the area was installed incorrectly and is leaking. Out of a total of 8 attic vents 3 should have been exhaust vents and need to replaced. The other 5 have to be reinstalled properly to prevent leakage. I am furious - the bedroom project is on hold and we now need new drywall. Luckily the bedroom contractors are being great about the hold up as is the guy making the custom furniture. But I now face a bill of $2000 for the repair. Shame on you T Hamilton, your work ethic is disgraceful. If this review stops anyone from using your company I will be a happy woman.

I have had this company clean my house for over a year now. My house is spotless when they are finished and there is good communication with Maret, the owner, if I need to change the date or time for cleaning. All of her personnel are friendly, work hard, are trustworthy and care about the job they do. I highly recommend this company.

This is the second time I've had work done by Finer Edge. Nick did a fantastic job in my bathroom and I couldn't be happier. The team - Nick, Bill, Vince and Rob are an absolute pleasure to deal with. They don't cut corners, give great advise and really make sure you are happy with their work. Been talking to Gord about another project and he came up with some amazing ideas plus money saving tips. You can't get better than that.
