A very impressive showroom and knowledgable staff. I simply needed to clean my fireplace glass as it was getting quite foggy. They recommended a cleaning product they had in stock and was reasonably priced. While I was there we got talking about some of the newer and more efficient fireplaces. I might be thinking of a new fireplace in the near future...

This was a do it yourself installation, and I had done a few windows in the past. These products came complete with hardware and was easy to figure out and install myself. I am assured that I am saving on energy costs with these new windows. They look amazing! I should have done it years ago. I will have to change the windows in the front of the house this year, and will definitely buy from Farley again.

I have had Ideal Air come by a few times for regular maintenance. Very professional and efficient. Gave me good advice on furnace filters and how to hook up my own humidifier. I was happy to see the bill which was much less than I thought I would have to spend. It was a fix, not a replace. I was prepared to replace the air conditioner, but I was advised that I could get many more years out of it. They could have easily sold me on a new one. I felt they had my best interest in mind. Highly recommended!

I had seen a particular light fixture that we fell in love with. A chrome bar with glass crystals hanging from it. We had to have it. I had seen it for $200.00 in other stores. When we visited Living Lighting, the gentleman gave us a few options, real crystal , glass, even coloured glass. We had no idea that there were options. We ended up going with regular glass due to cost and they beat the price by $50.00 Great experience.

Koski has just finished a glass shower enclosure for us, and to sum it up, completed the bathroom to perfection. One trip to measure, a second to fit the glass and hardware and make the bathroom look amazing. About 3 weeks turnaround for a custom enclosure, well worth the wait. Well worth the money. Highly recommended!

I felt Farley was competitive in quality with other window manufacturers, and came in at a better price. The sliding door fit beautifully and opens and closes like a door thats worth much more. Much better than the door I replaced. I happened to buy the window from Home Depot where they were having a 15% off sale, as they usually do from time to time. All mechanisms work smoothly on the casement windows and awnings. I have yet to see a difference in efficiency as its only now getting colder.

I consider myself to be a detail oriented perfectionist. Shawn Lowe, at Titans, is much the same. I work in the renovation field, so my expectations were high when it came time to redo the roof. Shawn answered all my questions and is very knowledgeable in his line of work. He made recommendations for me when we were unsure about materials and building codes. Furthermore, Shawn made us feel as though we were his only customers and made time to meet with us and go over job details. This was important to us. I had 3 quotes from other roofers and Titans Roof Works fell right in the middle as far as cost, even though he was quoting the same products and installation as the expensive guys. Great Value! I have already, and will continue to recommend Titans Roof Works to anyone who asks. Bryce
