The great reviews you see for Roofs on Homes are accurate: Danny and Chuck fully deserve their 'best of' rating. In the middle of winter I had major leak problems on a flat roof and after reading their good reviews on homestars called Roofs on Homes to look at it: They were punctual, efficient, within budget, relentless and successful in fixing my roof leak problems. From the outset Chuck left me no doubt he would find and fix the leaks. He did exactly as promised and found and stopped them all. He took the time to show me each problem and leak he found, even returning a number of times as the weather improved to confirm he had found all of them. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them when i need to replace my other flat roofs.

Installation of chimney caps: they were confident they would help fix a serious draft problem and were right - it did. Very professional: Viewed the job, gave a price and did the work in a timely manner as agreed. (amazing they did such a great job in absolutely awful weather!) Workers were very punctual, neat and thoughtful. Went so well had them come back to do another 3. Would highly recommend.

Otto came by gave me a quote on tuck pointing an older home. When we agreed to go ahead with the job 1 year later he stood by his original quote. The work was completed to a high quality and in a very timely fashion. Tonight I called Stevet at Open Sesame with an urgent garage door problem. He was responsive timely and incredibly professional. He completely fixed the problem exactly as he explained he would. He fully deserves the best of 2008 2009 2010 ratings he has received. I would highly recommend him and will definitely use him again in the future.

I called Waheed to in early summer to get ants nests sprayed and also to check for wasps nests around my property. Waheed was punctual polite and helpful. He checked out the whole house and yard and proposed a plan of spraying. He worked hard in very hot temperatures to ensure everywhere he thought was worth spraying was done. For days afterwards dead ants including carpenter ants appeared exactly where he had sprayed. I haven't seen a live ant or wasp since he sprayed 10 weeks ago! I would highly recommend him.

I used lawn tech to repair a sprinkler system that had been damaged by a city truck. They responded promtly and fixed the issue on the spot. They were knowledgeable and made minor adjustments to other parts of the system to improve its performance. I would recommend them.

Nick and his guys painted our house, both interior and some exterior. Their work was excellent. I highly recommend them and will be using them again. Their quote was fair and accurate: They were punctual and came when they said they would. They worked cleanly and when the job was finished left the house immaculate (which was not our experience with other painters.) Their color matching on some touch ups we needed from moving furniture and marking cornicing was exceptional.
