If you've read any of my prior reviews then your aware then you know I've been through the ringer with my house and I've seen the good, the bad, and the ugly. I've used a myriad of contractors to renovate and repair my home so when I tell you that Sobol does excellent work take it at face value. 1. Cordial and Respectful from Estimate to Completion of Job. 2. Punctual 3. Neat and Clean (layed plastic throughout the entire house where they were working, broom swept, disposal removal) 4. Offer warranty on their work 5. Very Satisfied with the completion of the Project 2. Showed up on Time

Second Job done by Matt. I was were very pleased with Matt's service, work and attitude. He was very very courteous, upfront about costs, and what had to be done. The job took a shorter amount of time than planned and I was pleased with the results. I like that he is not a shark. He does a good job and he charges for what he thinks his work is worth.

A review for Mayday Drain Services

I know very little about traps. My architech remarked an odour coming from my sewer. I called Mayday based on the reviews posted on Homestars. Inspection was thorough and informative. He didn't tell me I needed any uneccessary extras and in fact made some excellent suggestions to cure future problems. In addition he has a great sense of humour and was a pleasure to meet.

I bought a toilet this morning but I wasn't sure who would install it since plumbers/contractors are typically adverse to small jobs. I called 3 handyman from homestars today and to date Matt is the only one who returned my call. In fact, he came to my house 30 min. after I called him for a same day install. How's that for service. He was clean, courteous, and did the job without a hitch.

I've never purchased a house before and didn't know much about them. 100 year old townhouse in downtown Toronto. The second floor of my home was compromised. Holes were cut in more than 11 joists on the second floor of the home to place heating Ducts and plumbing by one of the prior owners. I've spent approximately $60,000 to repair the home, $40,000 in upgrades and renovations, and $40,000+ in legals to attempt to recover my money.

A review for Charlie's Carpentry Services

Dealing with contractors can be a nightmare but Charlie was extremely pleasant to work with as well as professional and quick. Math seems to come easily to Charlie which is important for a stair craftsperson and in addition to precision the stairs look beautiful. My stairs were installed approximately two weeks after I ordered them and I just ordered a railing. I will post pictures after I stain them.
