I've never been anything but satisfied with the work performed by 416-SO-CLEAN. My area rugs look like new, and in the past, the furniture was cleaned to perfection. The staff are always friendly and professional; they really made an effort to accommodate my schedule with the pick-up and delivery of my rugs. They regularly send money-saving offers by mail, including coupons to share with friends or family. Last year at Thanksgiving they sent customers the gift of a voucher to use on CanadaGives.com, allowing them to make a donation to the charity of their choice. This action impressed me very much and confirmed my decision to do further business with this company. The price has always been reasonable, far less than I've paid for other carpet cleaning services, and the service outstanding.

I contacted Sobol Inc because of their positive reviews on Homestars after another company failed to return my call. Archie returned calls and emails promptly and scheduled an appointment to visit my home very soon after we spoke. When he came to give the quote, he was professional and courteous, offered suggestions that resulted in cost-savings, and was patient with my goofy puppy. The window were ready to be installed quite quickly after the order was placed, and the installer was equally as friendly and capable. The cost of the replacement windows was less than what I expected while the product is of good quality. Overall, I was very pleased with my dealings with Sobol Inc, and will be calling them again in the future.

I called Capps Duct Cleaning Services based on their excellent reviews on Homestars; after having the work completed, I see that those reviews are well justified. Paul and Joe were extremely professional and courteous. It was a rainy miserable day and they both took great pains not to track water in the house, to keep the equipment dry, and to remove their shoes at the door. It's always encouraging when the business owner comes out to do the work himself and takes the time to explain the process, and Paul provided the rationale for his methods, answered my questions thoroughly and also offered some helpful suggestions. It was cool enough this afternoon to warrant turning on the furnace briefly and the improvement after the cleaning was noticeable; the stale smell that often accompanies the first few hours of heating in the fall was completely absent. I'm very satisfied with the service - it was well worth the money (and I thought their fee was quite reasonable) and I will certainly call them again and recommend them to friends. Thanks again for the excellent work!

A review for Pat Meikle Upholstery

I took a dated-looking ottoman to Pat along with some fabric that I'd purchased for recovering it. Her work was excellent: fast, professional, careful, and so affordable! She made it look new and modern, a great fit for my living room. I went back a year later with a small bedroom chair and received the same quality service and reasonable price. Though I had the fabric on hand, she has an array of samples and gave me some good suggestions for colours and contrasts. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pat's work and will certainly continue to take my business there.
