A review for Wood Specialties -

Thornhill My daughter inherited a very special table that has been in the family for over 3 generations that has a number of delicate inlays in different wood that was badly damaged by water. Aside from the dollar value nothing can replace the sentimental value of this piece that needed to be repaired by a reputable company. After searching Homestars and having some companies come in and quote on the repairs, I finally settled on Jeff Linder at Wood Specialties. His manner, attention to detail and level of professionalism gave me the comfort level to have him work on this very special piece. I stressed the importance of this piece to Jeff and made sure he understood time was not a concern, quality of workmanship and the final result was more important to me. After approx. 8 weeks Jeff returned the table in a condition that was way beyond my expectations. He has also done work on a desk and padded headboard that both received professional treatment and look spectacular in our home…….I have no hesitation recommending him for restoration on your furniture and plan to use him again in the near future.
