I found Capps on Homestars and the reviews were all excellent. No wonder! These guys do a fabulous job and they don't rush to get to the next job. They may not be the cheapest vendor but in terms of value for money, quality of work and post-work clean-up they are just fantastic. We hadn't cleaned our ducts for a LONG time and the junk they pulled out was shocking. Unlike other cleaners they also told my wife that ducts do not need to be cleaned every year.

We had water in our basement close to the fuse box. Mario provided a competitive, and free written estimate and explained the different approaches to fixing the problem and his recommendation. He ended up doing the work on Labour day weekend because he was so busy. The clean-up afterwards was perfect. A few weeks later I noticed a small amount of water in the basement. One call and Mario was back to take a look. He diagnosed the issue and fixed it without a word of complaint or even a mention of additional cost. I plan on using MMT again prior to finishing my basement and I would have no hesitiation in recommending Mario and his team.
