My fireplace flame was very low. Another fireplace technician indicated that it was because a spider had blocked my gas line. The other technician cleaned the gas line but the flame was still low. I called Jeff and scheduled a service call and described what was previously done. Jeff cleaned the unit and soon found the blockage. It was indeed a spider web. Jeff is knowledgeable, professional and polite. He takes care to protect the area he is working in and spends time to clean up. I would recommend him for any fireplace service.

I chose Choice Leather based upon their reputation and reviews. Based upon a discussion with Adrian at their showroom with I chose 2 leather couches. I asked for a delivery date about 3 weeks out. Adrian said that that was tight but they would see what they could do and he would let me know. True to his word, Adrian checked and as they had the leather on hand they told me they would try and make my desired date. The couches arrived today and they look fantastic. Adrian took the time and trouble to help me set them up and even helped me by replacing the plastic feet under the couch with felt pads. He even took away the plastic and paper protective covers the couches were delivered in. Adrian provides outstanding service and my recommendation to others is to use Choice Leather and Adrian specifically.

I had a new balcony built and needed to have a waterproof membrane installed. I looked at a number of options and came to the conclusion that the bituminous membrane used for roofing was the right choice. I had several companies quote for the job and the selected Roof-All for their knowledge, advice and comparable pricing. Craig gave me a quote and had a very competent crew which did the installation. They were also very helpful in giving advice both in preparing for the job and afterward.

I had Metro West do the rough-in installation for a new house. I had it roughed-in for 2 dryers, 1 cooktop, 2 bbqs, 1 radiant boiler and 3 fireplaces. Nick and his crew put in a lot of extra effort in running the gas pipe through routes and walls which I was happy with so that there was no bulkheads required. A big thank you to Nick and the crew for the extra effort. I will have them back when I do the final appliance install.

I have nothing but the best to say about Frank and Vince. There were two separate phases I used V&F Landscape for. The first was to do final grading of a new property. Grading the rear was an issue as it turned out the machines would not fit between the houses to get to the back yard. Vince persisted and sourced a smaller machine and even though it took significantly longer with the smaller machine, got the grading done. They also came back several weeks later to do the interlocking stone for the driveway and walkways. They were very professional and went over an beyond in making sure that it not just looked great but had proper sloping and connections for water drainage.. My neighbours tell me how great the interlock looks. Thanks Frank and Vince and crew.

I contracted Samir to design my new custom home. Samir was great. He spent the time to understand my requirements and both created a design which met what I was looking for but also looks great. He also very flexible in making modifications to the plans when needed. I would highly recommend him.
