Post-reno, unlevel bathroom floor led to toilet rocking. Previous plumber put in a shim but resuilt was temporary and shim rotted. New shim led to sewer gas leak. Flavio of Canada Wide was prompt, pleasant, competent, clean and careful. He created and placed a gasket and found a position for the toilet that worked well despite the floor problem. Definitely someone I would use again. Worth the money for sure.

Roy Gibson is a gem! He was responsive in a difficult situation. He was prompt, friendly and efficient. I have seen other services use camera and snake technique and I assure you, Roy is an artist in that field! He is open, straightforward and does not try to "upsell" you the way certain other well-known drain services do. His price was relatively low and he devoted considerable time to doing the job with absolute thoroughness.
