A review for BC City Wide Carpet & Furnace Cleaning

I own a duplex and the carpets and furnace on both sides needed cleaning. They came on time and started quickly on the job. I was kind of expecting a better carpet cleaning job. Also their attitude towards me weren't that great. As I have no knowledge of these kinds of service, I was asking more questions than normal, but I made sure, I was asking at the right time and not interrupting their work. By the end of the service, I felt that they were selling me more products and felt even more attitude as I denied. Overall, I can see the furnace burns more efficiently and the carpet is kind of clean as it had some pretty bad stains on them.

I ordered the paint a day a head, they had it for me when I got there the next day. Actually the manager help me out, therefore, he give us a good deal. The paint are much thicker therefore it sticks on the wall much better as I have another layer to paint on the wall already. I went back again to buy more when my friends place needed some painting done.

The faucet in the kitchen was broken at our house. I went to home depot to look for a better looking as well as better quality faucet that my wife had talked about. Went in looking for help, but I walked around for 30mins but couldn't find anyone working in that section. Someone else working there tried to get help for me but it was no use. Eventually, after 45mins, one of the staff came to me and help me got the faucet my partner was talking about.

They have everything you need to finish a pick garden upgrade project or a small one that I have. I needed some pots and soil to plant in some herbs. The price was fair and I was recommended by my friends many times to buy their soil because they have plenty to choose from. Staff was very knowledgeable, they all sound like botanist to me. Overall experience was excellent.

Although we didn't have to pay for the restoration, which was paid by the insurance company. On Side came in a did a wonderful job of drying out the whole basement, which was in carpet and replaced it as well. Staff coming in to do the job was very professional and quick. They came everyday to check up on the status of the drying and also give us updates often of when the job would be done.

As I walked into the showroom, I notice the amount of choices I have. However, I was on a mission to be on budget. One of the staff came up to me and ask if I needed help. He showed me to the area where all the fridge in my budget was located and educated me about all the difference between them. Their knowledge base is very above and beyond standard, I truly appreciated the help he had provided. Price was also fair as I did do some shop around.

I had to take out some garbage that was left over from our renovations. I booked the truck online, and they sent me to this location as it was the closest to the place I renovated. Service quality was excellent, the staff made sure I had all the stuff I need before I went to use the truck. Return was an ease as well. If I need to rent again, I would definitely go back.

The people working in the garden section was very help full. I told her my scenario and she gave a few options for me to choose from. I had some more questions for her afterwards but she was no where to be found. I notice this happens often at home depot, lack of staff. If there was more staff there, this would have been a 5 star rating, but to compensate, when you do get the help, they are very very professional.
