Josiah is the man. Quick response. Came on time. No masking tape. unfailing border painting. This man knows what he is doing. Listened to all our needs and made sure all additional repairs are done to our full satisfaction. Great Job Mr. j. Thank you very much. Highly recommended.

During heavy rains we got a lot of water in the basement , twice. Called Canadian Rooters. we got the same day response. Terry came , it took him 10 min to locate the problem . He brought all the necessary equipment (Pipe video Camera, power rooter) . There was some sever routs clogging in the storm pipes. After about an hour of work he managed to remove the blockage and the drain was open. He clean all the mess after he finished. Great Job Terry! Thank you very much . Michael

Thank you very much Mark and Lionel..and office staff as well..! Good quoting procedure. Great e-mail communications with office. Clear agreement, they showed up on time , were courteous and careful with the boxes and the furniture. Finished the job in 8 hours. , did 3 trips for about 350 inventory boxes, a few desks and about 10 bookshelves. Job well done at a fair price. Highly recommended. Note to customer : in order to get the job done right..? you must make sure that all items are properly boxed/ furniture emptied, which we did. Would strongly recommend them.

A few suffit pieces came out and we had signs of birds/squirrel nesting. We called Luqmar. He came the same day, gave us good explanation of the problem, put the pieces back, end of story (I hope...!!) reasonable price too. great job Luqmar Thx

Andy took my time/boxes guesstimate over the phone and did not want to come to do his own estimate , even though i suggested him to do so. He came with his partner , worked for 3 hours and excused himself "having to go for another job..."..???!!!...left 20% of the work UNDONE...Andy promised to call me in order to come and finish the job.....I am still waiting.... Not recommended.

We called Garry to replace our eaves trough which were old and worn out, and install 2 wind turbine for our attic (to improve air circulation) of our house in Thornhill. Gary is courteous and professional . He did a great job and even did some extra small things all for a reasonable price. Gary would collect his fees only after completion of the works and provided us with the guarantee as agreed. Thank you very much Gary for a job well done.
