Service was excellent. The triage person on the phone was courteous and explained things clearly. Matt was the technician sent to our house the same evening. He was professional and also very detailed in his explanation. He guessed the problem was from a large tree root encroaching on our pipes. After using the camera, this confirmed his experienced instinct! He also localized the problem and explained to us the different options as the next steps would involve the City since it was a City pipe problem. Would highly recommend DrainWorks!

A review for Belyea Bros Limited

We live in an older home with central A/C. However, the difference in temperature between the upper and basement levels is at least 10C on a hot day. We decided to get a Mr. Slim unit. Mr. Frost came by the same day to provide a quote. Unlike some other companies we called, he was very thorough in his assessment (looked carefully at the electrical, took measurements and photos, assessed the exterior of the garage) as this was necessary for our type of older home. He was courteous. The installers, I believe their names were Carl and Graham, were also professional. The job took 4 hours. My only criticism is they started about 30 minutes late due to an error in the address, but they ended up finishing the job in less than the estimated time. The unit works wonderfully. Thank you, Belyea Bros!

Moti from Carson-Dunlop came to do an energy audit for our house today. The procedure took about 1.5-2 hours. He explained the findings very clearly and was very patient with my questions. He was courteous. Booking an appt over the phone was also a pleasant experience.
