An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Let me say that from my first phonecall to your office right through to delivery of my goods, I was more than pleased. The two young men that arrived at my old address were not only on time but actually arrived early. They were polite, efficient, extremely careful and delivered everything to my new address in less time than I expected. They set the furniture in place where I wanted it and even helped me put felt cushions under the legs of furniture so it wouldn't damage the hardwood floors. I was extremely impressed!
