Travis quoted this job, said he would find a 50 Gallon hot water tank for me. He came today to install it. He was fast, efficient, came with everything he needed did a great job in justr under 3 hours. Old tank removed, new tank installed. He showed me how to work the new tank, told me about it and the warranty. He also changed out the value for the humidifier. He did an amazing job and I'm very happy with the work. I would highly recommend Travis for any future work. Also I'm going to have him put in a Hot water tank at my sons house. Grea job Travis

We went to the showroom to look for a bathroom light. it was amazing what a showroom. We had help from a wonderful lady who knew her stuff. She helped us pick a wonderful bath light that would fit the space perfectly. It had to be back ordered and we paid a deposit, then waited for them to call us about it being in. Since they didn't call we called them, and it was in the shop. I'm not sure how long it had been sitting there, but they said it would be a month and we called on the month date, so it was there on time as promised. The light and all the attachements required were in the box.

We ordered 14MM washed round rock from the BaLZAC SHOP, IT WAS DELIVERED BY truck FOR US. It was exactly what we ordered and they didn't wreck anything putting in near the house in the back yard. The product is perfect for what we needed and the driver was great.

We needed a gate built in order to close off the back yard, it was a residential gate 09 feet wide. They were very helpful over the phone, did the order over the phone and said it could be 2 weeks. We agreed to proceed. they called us within a few days said it was ready for pick up. Went down there to get it, they loaded it onto the truck and gave us the package of bolts etc. Came home installed it. It fit perfectly, we are very happy

Aug 9 had Steve and Jason come to clean the furnace. It had not been cleaned in years. they were on time, and very personable, they let me walk around with them and they explained things to me. They showed me the dirt inside things. I watched and learned, but they didn't pressure me to buy anything new that I didn't need. I thought they did a great job.

I had a problem with my Roll Shutters. I have my siding removed by Epic Roofing, and the Siding guys could not figure out how to get the roll shutters to work after putting on the siding again. They tried for over an hour to fix it but could not. So I called Jurgen at Rocky Mountain Roll Shutter Service and he came out and fixed it. It now works and Epic roofing is so happy that they fixed it. I'm happy too.

Hail Storm repair from 2012. Epic took care of everything from start to finish. Excellent job, any call backs were handled quickly and professionally. They did what they promised. they were on time, they didn't leave a mess, they also cleaned up the nails daily. They dealt with the insurance company and did not pressure for any money up front. They were amazing to deal with. I've already recommended them.

Fantastic job, quick responsible great information, did't try to upsell us on a bunch of other things. Cleaned out everything. House smells wonderful again. We had them come in to clean the furnace and ducts. In 17 years had never been cleaned, they showed us the dirt, went over everything. Were very nice and considerate.

I saw this fellows truck so I called him. Asked if it would cut the noise off Beddington Trail, because I can't sleep at night. He said it would cut the noise and darken the room, as well as provide security. I hired him. wow it took a while, they are custom made in Edmonton to fit my windows. 2 weeks to get that, and of course, they can't do it in the rain, so they took another week. they came Tuesday afternoon this week. they were here 4 hours installing these windows. What a big process, but OMG, it's amazing the difference in the noise in my bedroom at night. I've hardly heard anything compared to the loud vehicle noises I usually here. And, my bedroom is completely BLACK, not a spec of light, so dark you have to turn on the light in the day time. Wow, this is the best thing ever invented. I should have done it years ago. Jurgen and Kyle were fantastic. jurgen has been doing this apparently for 25 years and he's got an apprentice now I'm very impressed with the quality of product.

I was robbed by a tenant I had living in my home, but after he left, I thought he had a key, I changed the locks, but I think he was still getting into my house. I called many alarm systems, and everyone wanted a contract and then you had to pay for false alarms and on and on. The people at United Alarms were not pushy, they were concerned and knowledgable. when I said I wanted to buy one, they got right to it pricing out what it would cost. I decided to do it. I drove over there, they got everything preprogrammed, and went through the entire process with me in detail. I went home with the box and installed it myself. I'm so happy with this alarm system. It works. I even called Tech support and they helped me over the phone. this is the best system I've ever bought. they were courteous, professional, prompt and gave me correct instructions to do this install myself. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We had a flood in the bathroom. Service master came out and had a look, reported to our insurance company. I got the approval but had to fight a bit with Service Master to get them going as I only had a small window of time before tenants were moving in. I begged and pleaded with them to get it done before new tenants came in. It took a lot of calls and emails, but they did it. They came in tore out the damaged roof, rebuilt the closet, painted the ceiling, fixed it beautifully. In the end we were very happy, it was a struggle to get them to start the job, but after that it went well.

Had a flood from the bath upstairs. In the bedroom beside the bath it had hardwood flooring on it. The water soaked under the hardwood and made it ripple and bubble. CDL came in tore it all out and replaced it beautifully with new flooring. We had painted the walls and I was worried that they would scratch them with all the flooring coming and going. Not a single mark on the wall. The flooing is beautiful I would highly recommend them.
