WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! My boiler was leaking so I called Direct Energy to have it repaired. When I called, I was convinced to purchase a maintenance and repair contract. After 3 separate technicians came, the issue was (and is) still not resolved. The last technician who came told us to call a plumber. On 3 separate occasions I was told that a manager would call me and it's been a month and no one has called. Every time I call, I get transferred at least twice before I end up in the correct department (today when I called I was transferred 3 times and then told to call a different phone number and when I called that number I was transferred twice). I have just been promised for a 4th time that a manager would call me back. So far I am out of pocket approximately $250 and my boiler is still leaking. I would definitely not recommend using this company - all you are is a number.

I've had a surround sound system for a while and just had the wires running around the room. I finally decided to get it installed properly. I had 3 people/companies come by and give me quotes and Aaron definitely seemed to be the most knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job and we're thrilled with how the room looks and with how it sounds. He came up with creative solutions (which was necessary since we live in an old home) to get the job done. There was no mess at all when he left and he got the job done within the time frame that he said he would. Thanks, Aaron!

We had our roof replaced by Keating a year ago...I've been meaning to post for a while! They were extremely professional and went through the quote and the work with us to explain everything (i.e. what had to be done, why and the purpose of it). This is our first home so we didn't know much about roofing until we started doing research on replacing the roof. We met with several companies and we were most impressed with Keating. They did the work within the time frame quoted and cleaned up all of the debris from removing the old roof impeccably . They have a wonderful maintenance program also. We would highly recommend them.
