We have had James several times and have always been very satisfied. After moving to Port Perry, we hired him to completely repaint the interior of the house, lay new flooring in the entrance and renovate the laundry room. Last year we had him again to gut and renovate a 3 piece bath and our kitchen. He did an awesome job!
Removal & reinsulation of Attic
We received three quotes for the same services. While the cost of the actual insulation work was within the ballpark for all three, Insta Insulation came in much lower on the removal of the existing insulation. The three seperate crews that came to our home were all very pleasant and were efficient in their work. After completing the work, they vacuumed and left the place clean. Blown in cellulose is a messy job and leaves a light dust covering on everything so be sure all your stuff is covered. We particularly want to give credit to Scot who was the one who blew in the cellulose insulation at our home - he was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Thanks Scot!
New toughs and downspouts, new shutters
John is a nice, easy-going guy> Knows his stuff, and is on the job, along with his two staff, and oversees that all work is done to his expectations. His staff are very nice and accommodating. John does a final inspection and ensures everything is cleaned up.
