Slavic helped us out more than once. Our furnace broke down in the middle of the winter and Slavic came the very same day. He was able to explain exactly what happened, organize a new set of the broken parts and install them right away. Since then i feel most comfortable knowing Slavic is taking care if maintenance in my home. We call him for furnace and fire place maintenance ever since. He just knows what he's doing.

I contacted Craig as one of our private trees in the backyard fell sidewards due to age and imbalance. it landed on electrical wires and was therefore a thread that needed to be removed quickly. after long back and forth with the city, the insurance and others, i finally came across Craig that was the only one to understand and act quickly. within 24hrs, he drove by, assessed the situation, scheduled the project and got started. Craig took the time to explain what will haven in detail to me and again to my husband so we all were on the same side. i must say, i went to work in the morning and the problem was solved by the time a came home. in addition craig and his team left a clean space, i didnt have to remove or clean up anything. many many thanks for helping us and helping us quickly when it mattered! Slavic (Control Air) saved the day. We had hired a GC to complete our basement renovation which included infloor heating throughout the house. However, our GC left our project mid-stream when they ran over budget and time. We hired a plumber to connect the infloor heating and create a manifold. After being operational for only one week, our boiler would routinely shut off and the plumber would not return our calls. Slavic was the only person willing to take on such a difficult job and the only person knowledgeable to take on such a job. He quickly and thoroughly assessed the situation offering important feedback. Only through his involvement were we able to fix the true problems with our heating system and restore heat to our house. It should not go unnoticed that Slavic came to our house on Christmas eve (emergency call to restore heat) and never missed an appointment. All of his budgets and time estimates were 100% accurate. Slavic is a true professional and a honest individual. For these reasons, we highly recommend him and Control Air.

I give Tony maximum points, he never took longer than a day for response, wrote me a status email about how the job is going. Even after the job was done, and I came up with more wished, he did not hesitate to finish them including in the price. Tony is very good to work with, calm, understanding and knows his business.
